The KT map printed by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (Indiana DNR} is out of print and out of stock everywhere.
The DNR is in the process of creating a new map. As yet, there isn’t a projected date of publication or availability.
In the meantime, you can download a digital version of the current map at DNR Maps.
You may also wish to consider purchasing the KHT FarOut App at Guides | FarOut. It includes the original KT and operates on both Android and Apples devices. Cost $9.99.
